Job Description:
Voyz is experiencing incredible growth and is seeking talented Lead Qualifiers who will act in a traditional Sales/Lead development role to help move our business forward.

Voyz is a startup based in Silicon Valley, with rock star founder team. In our go-to-market strategy, we set our sales team up with qualified leads and all the content they need to hit their goals to help small business owners sign up for our Content Marketing Automation Tool, that makes it simple for marketing teams to automate the task of copywriting, designing infographics and distributing it. Yep - our tool does it all!

Even though Voyz is located in San Francisco, the company works mostly with a distributed team around the globe - - - and so will you. This is a remote position - with a lot of training and support to bring you up and running.

This is an entry-level role but a high-profile position for an assertive, self-directed person who wants to learn the ropes of outbound marketing and lead development.

Our become a Lead Qualifiers and are a core function of our business. You identify, initiate, and nurture relationships, both over the phone and via e-mail, with decision makers to provide sales-ready opportunities to our Product Experts.

Manage a high volume of outbound calls to warm marketing lists to uncover qualified sales opportunities
Identify decision makers and determine buying process
Determine prospect's business needs and interest in implementing our solution
Engage with leads to build value in Voyz’s service as a solution to their business needs
Work closely with our product experts to increase the number of qualified opportunities
Set appointments and transfer prospects for sales follow up by Product Experts

Required Experience:
Feel joy and fun in talking with people
Excellent interpersonal and telephone sales skills
Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to follow our process rigorously, methodically, and independently
Efficient computer skills for documentation and research (Outlook, Office, etc.)
A plus - but not required: 1-3 years experience in business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience
Another Plus: SalesForce / Hubspot experience a plus
